Terry Francona, Boston Red Sox Manager, was recently asked by Sporting News, "Which current player will one day make a great manager?"
The career .274 hitter, Francona, responded, "Alex Cora has a chance to make a very good manager. When he was with the Red Sox, he always kept his ears and eyes open, and he really sees the game well. We need guys like Alex to stay in the game."
