Last weekend, Mets GM Omar Minaya spoke at the 21 Days of Clemente benefit in New York, according to a report for NY SportsDay from Howard Goldin.
According to Goldin, Minaya said his starting rotation would likely be Johan Santana, Mike Pelfrey, John Maine, Oliver Perez, Jon Niese, and possibly a free agent.
I think I might shoot someone.

What? Joel Piniero isn't the answer???
63 mph is on the gun. Ironically, that's the highest any pitcher, other than Santana, can throw.
someone? I might shoot myself.
Calm down, everyone! Wright will be healthy this year!
Oh, he was healthy last year?
Gosh dangity.
What will Omar do for a living in 2011? Any ideas?
Anyone notice that he listed 5 starters and then said "possibly a free agent"
6 man rotation?
Probably his inability to count acting up again.
Ollie, Maine, and Niese should be considered one person.
